Sorry for the looong delay, guys!

Oh wow, I've been busy..but sadly, not shooting. Keeping up with college & 3 jobs is not fun, I tell you. I haven't been shooting for a few months now and I miss it a lot! I finally order new lights yesterday so they will be coming soon and that means shooting again. Spring is almost here too; I'm quite excited! I have a lot of ideas in mind! I always do but I haven't brought them to life...yet =) I'm also thinking of buying out a domain website for myself so that would be the only site I'm on but that'll be awhile...gonna do some searching. Ok, I have to run to my night class so HAPPY MARCH! Hope all is well! Love, MC

Happy 2010!!

Hello guys...I hope your new year started out great! Sorry that I haven't been able to update you guys but here I am! It's currently 3:41 am...I should be sleeping but I have so many things on my mind. Classes are starting again in a week which means I'm going back to 3 jobs. Anyways, this blog is more about my pictures and not my personal life...Never mind, it'll be a mix. So, I took my studio home for the Holidays but I didn't even set it up due to my parent's place not having enough space =( I left my umbrella light bulbs in the car and they both broke!! You have no idea how upset I am..I'm gonna have to order new ones soon. I did a shoot the other day with one of my co-worker's niece, Alaysia. She's almost 2 years old and was SO adorable!! I'll post up a picture from the shoot in this post just to show you guys. And yes, that was the day I found out the light bulbs were broken; I ended up using my external flash..the pictures turned out ok but I really need the umbrella lights to get the best of my pictures. Ok, I'm tired...so I'll be back soon...I promise. <3>

New Props for the Coming Year? =)

I'm hoping to buy more props once 2010 starts...and I'm quite excited! I'm taking baby steps but I'm getting somewhere :) Anyways, it's been snowing and raining here in good old Wisconsin and it makes the road slippery and scary. I've been meaning to do some photoshoots in the snow but in the process of finding models and figuring out my themes. So, I'm in the process of talking with two of the best photographers in WI in which I'm gonna be their model..I hope all goes well! One is Joel Stensberg Photography & the other one is LDesign Photography...as much as I love being behind the camera, I like being in front of it too. It gives me the experience from both sides. Anyways, I've been watching movies all day with my little sisters...we're gonna head out to go eat some breakfast at a local restaurant although it's night. Have a good week! Finally, my own blog =)

I've been wanting to do my own blog for some time now and I started one awhile ago but being me, I lost the website...I know, how terrible of me! Anyways, I hope you guys had a good Christmas! I cannot believe 2010 is almost here! It's currently 2:41 in the morning; should go to sleep now. Anyways, below is a picture of Mr. & Mrs. Steve Thao. I did their Wedding back in August of 'o9 and it was beautiful! It was my first Wedding and boy, was I nervous.
